How to make killer jellyfish costumes
What you will need:
3 bin bags, at least 2 of which should be green and at least one of which should be stronger than average
quite a lot of bubble-wrap
scissors and sellotape
What to do:
cut a round hole in the top of the strongest bin bag for the neck and two holes at the sides for armholes
make similar cuts in one of the green bin bags. Tape it over the first one.
cut the closed end off the remaining green bin bag. Tape in on to the strongest bag so that it starts at about waist height.
cut the green bin bags so that they are in strands for at least 18 inches
tape strips of bubble wrap on top of the bin bags so that they flap and swirl about when the jellyfish moves.
